  • Spend two days sightseeing in Agra, exploring ancient palaces and mosques, and witness the stunning phenomenon of the Taj Mahal glowing in the moonlight. See the glory of the Mughal Empire's stunning architecture and sample delicious traditional foods.

    The Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the World and a World Heritage site, is best seen under moonlight. It is said the Taj mahal changes its colors during the full moon nights. Visit the Taj during full moon nights for the most memorable and everlasting impression. Taj is also very enchanting at dawn and sunset.

    With limited access, the Taj is now open for five nights each month for nighttime viewing around the full moon nights. The total number of visitors is restricted to 400 each night. Only 50 visitors in five batches are allowed at a time for 30 minutes each between 2030 hrs to 0030 hrs.

    Please note: the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays

    Itinerary you can expect

    Enjoy 2 days in the kingdom of Agra, where you will explore the magnificent ancient structures, mosques, and Mughal-era architecture that makes Agra a popular tourist destination. During the day, you will explore Sikandra and the Pearl Mosque at Agra Fort, get to shop the craft stalls and jewelers at local market (optional), and wander the imperial palaces and tombs of Fatehpur Sikri. At night, marvel at the spectacular sight of the white marbled Taj Mahal glowing in the moonlight.

    Day 1: Delhi to Agra

    Your Taj Mahal Tour will start in the morning around 07:00 AM / 08:00 AM.

    Our Driver will pick you from the hotel in Delhi / IGI Airport in Delhi and Proceed to Agra via Yamuna Expressway.Around 3 hrs to reach Agra.

    When you arrive Agra, Our Representative will meet you during check-in to the hotel. Our Tour guide Also meet you at the same time in the Hotel lobby waiting for you.

    Later after having lunch Visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and Etimad-Ud-Daulah.After sightseeing come back to the hotel and spend evening in leisure.

    You must have an early dinner in order to see the Taj mahal at night. After your dinner your driver will take you to Taj Mahal according to the time which would be mention on your pre-booked ticket.

    As tourist must reach Shilpgram parking half an hour before the schedule time, mentioned on the ticket for the security checking. Now you will experience its beauty in silver moonlight.     Day 2: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Delhi

    After breakfast and check-out from hotel. Enjoy an excursion to Fatehpur Sikri, a perfectly preserved red stone, which was the estranged capital of Mughal emperor Akbar, built in 1569 A.D. It is also known as "Ghost City".Fatehpur Sikri is an amazing example of Mughal architecture and reflects a fusion of Hindu, Persian and Mughal art. Buland Darwaza which is the largest gate in Asian subcontinent belongs to Fatehpur Sikri. After your lunch you will be driven straight to Delhi without any stops or hassles'.

    Later drive back to Delhi with a beautiful memory from Agra city.Drop back to your preferred location or airport in Delhi.
